All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No additional charges are applied on deposits by Wimbet; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees, which are your sole responsibility.

Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. The payment method used for depositing must match the one used for withdrawals.

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal on Wimbet:

The following rules apply at all times when placing bets on Wimbet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets must be placed before the match starts or within the designated time period.
• In live betting, bets may be declined due to odds changes.
• Wimbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake will be refunded.
• Any attempt to exploit system errors for financial gain will result in the cancellation of the relevant bets and winnings.

In an accumulator bet, if one event is cancelled, that event will be settled at odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections will be calculated accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Wimbet and will result in permanent account closure:

• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Bonus abuse: Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or false identities.
• System Exploit: Exploiting software or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match Fixing: Participating in known or suspected match-fixing.
• Representation of minors: Operating an account on behalf of someone under 18 years of age.
• Hacking or cyber attacks: Attempting to breach the security of the platform.

Such activities may also be subject to legal action. Wimbet is obligated to provide relevant information to the appropriate legal authorities when required.

Wimbet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious or unusual transactions.
• At your own request.

Before closing an account, Wimbet will notify you by email and give you the opportunity to explain your position. However, in cases of serious violations, the account may be closed without prior notice.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure (provided no policy violations have occurred).
